The project Smart Materials Applied to Sustainable Technology – Energy Saving Using Holistic Mechatronic Systems is funded by: DFF - FTP. Duration: 2. January 2013 - 31. December 2015.  Project manager: Ilmar Santos. The project is carried out in a strong synergetic collaboration among the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Department of Electrical Engineering at DTU and three other international institutions, namely Ecole Polytechnique de Montréal (Canada), The University of Akron, Ohio (USA) and Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (Brazil).
